What’s CPA Marketing?

0

CPA marketing canrefer to the promoting of a certified Public Accountant or corporation or it mayrefer to an especially profitable sort of affiliate marketing…  In this context, the CPA stands for Cost Per Action or Click Per Action.  This article focuses on the affiliate promotion CPA, which is aan extremely hot subject at the moment in the world of internet marketing.

Anyone that is active in affiliate marketing understands this basic concept.  You take an affiliate product link and set up a website, blog or pay-per-click campaign to market this link.  This is a really easy way to make an income.  But one of the downsides with traditional affiliate marketing is that the product costs enough to make consumers consider carefully before buying them.  So, the result of that is, in order to get adequate amount of clicks on your link to receive some purchases, you need to have lots of traffic to your links.

Here is where CPA selling varies in such a good way.  CPA affiliate links (CPA offers) convert highly well because there is no price or extremely minimal price to the shopper.  With Cost Per Action affiliate marketing, the goal is to get folk to either fill in info like a zip code or their shipping address.  Or, in a number of cases, they actually have to pay a small fee (shipping and handling) to get a free product.  When they do this, you get paid.

Another difference when it comes to CPA affiliate marketing is that, in order to plug the Cost Per Action products, you need to be accepted by the agency that supplies the product.  There are lots of CPA firms out there.  Some of the most popular ones are MaxBounty, NeverBlue, PepperJam and Commission Junction.  You need to register to these agencies before they are going to allow you to sell their products.  But once you’re in, you have got a large range of extremely good products to select from.  There are products that are already very popular by patrons and found in magazines, on the television, heard on the radio and also by personal recommendation.

Once you’re in, you simply go thru the offers that you would like to promote.  Many of them are going to have highly good looking squeeze pages that are designed by a copywriter.  Pick the products with squeeze pages which are simple, provide testimonials and have a time limit to have the consumer to do what you need them to do (like fill out their address or zip).  Just like with affiliate marketing, you should promote these products on a blog, internet site or with PPC…  But this time, the conversions are going to be much better.

What you are paid depends on the product and target of the landing page.  Your CPA agency will list precisely what you make on from each sale.  The Cost Per Action selling trend is definitely on the up rise so it is a good time to find out more about this technique of making cash on the internet.
